Welcome to Club VeeDub Sydneys home page. The purpose of this page is to publicise our clubs premier event, the VW Nationals. This event has been held every year since Easter 1988. We will also bring to you, the Volkswagen and Audi enthusiast, some original articles from our club magazine Zeitschrift. We also have some interesting articles written by some of the leading VW modifiers in Australia.
Club VeeDub was founded in 1985 exclusively for the drivers and owners of all Volkswagen and Audi vehicles. We are Australia's largest VW/Audi club with a nation-wide membership, but most activities still centre on Sydney. The club's logo reflects this a combination of VW's Wolfsburg Crest with the Sydney Harbour Bridge. The club's goal is to keep as many VW, and Audis on Australian roads for as long as possible by maintaining the enthusiasm the owners have for their cars. We cater for all VW and Audi tastes, from restoration, modification, competition, vintage and modern, air and water-cooled, show cars and daily drivers.
Why do we use the name Club VeeDub? We were originally called Club VW, but under Australian law we were prevented from using a registered business name (VW) when we incorporated the club a few years ago for legal reasons.
Club VeeDub Sydney also hosts the VW/Audi Nationals, Australia's premier Volkswagen and Audi event.
